The project is about repair and reinforcement of the "Art Factory" in Patras, so it will be the central theatre of the city. 

The earthquake of 2008 damaged the building and there are going to interventions to repair it.

Its acoustics, thermal insulation efficiency, fire safety will be upgraded and new electromechanical installations will be made.
