The Town Hall of Lavreotiki, a neoclassical building constructed in 1864, has been declared a listed monument and we have been carrying out repairs to maintain its history and architecture. It was necessary to do mandatory works to preserve this historical buidling such us small scale demolitions, concrete structures, replacement of the wooden window frames with double glazing of the same color as the existing ones, thermo-insulation membranes were put throughout the roof, installation of heat-insulating tile and replacement of the exterior surfaces colors with cold materials and heat-insulating paints. The existing heating and cooling networks were dismantled and replaced with internal and external VRV system heat pumps. The switchboard was replaced as well as all the compatible lighting with new LEDs and LED ceiling lights.
