The project consisted of a full rehabilititation and maintenance of the building, including demolitions, excavations, reinforcment of concrete, crack sutures, reinforced coatings, concrete brickworks, woodworking reinforcements, local restoration of stonework, window repairs, new wooden windows, doors, ceilings, scaffolds, floors and roofs, railings, reinforcement plates, tensioners - tractors, roof suspension systems, common and drawn coatings, coatings, marbles, tiles, plasterboard, watercolor painting, insulations, maintenance, fillings and new painting decoration. New air conditions were put in all spaces as well as heating systems. Water supply, drainage, gas fuel and lifts were also got replaced.
