The Tzivre industrial complex and the surrounding area have been declared preservable and the building was restored and reused. The restoration of the building was completed with small scale demolitions, constructions with concrete, masonry, repairs of cracks, layouts with fireproof gypsum boards, coatings, coatings with handmade tiles, lining with coarse slabs, ties - tiling - roofing - floors of chestnut wood, glazing and staircases from oak wood. Scaffolding and railings, ironware maintenance, glazing, varnish painting and interior painting were the last works of the restoration that took place in order for the construction to be complete.

In terms of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as the movable exhibits, were maintained and lightning protection, lighting fixtures, audiovisual equipment, electronic tour guides and electric computers were installed. New water supply, drainage, electrical installation and fire safety were also put.
