The project is about the consolidation, restoration and change of use of the building of the former Mining Administration into a cultural center, in Megalo Livadi, Serifos. It is a two-story building with a long, narrow rectangular floor plan with evident elements of the architecture of the neoclassical mansions of the late 19th century and a total area of \u200b\u200b582.00 sq.m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The rehabilitation includes the following interventions:<\/p>

  1. Cleaning, fixing and strengthening stonework with grout and jointing,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  2. Reconstruction of wooden floor and wooden roof<\/li>
  3. Construction of new reinforced coatings<\/li>
  4. Reconstruction of all the decorative elements of the building,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  5. Construction of new window frames and wooden staircase similar to the existing ones<\/li>
  6. E\/M installations<\/li><\/ol>
