The Town Hall of Lavreotiki, a neoclassical building constructed in\u00a01864, has been declared a listed monument and we have been carrying out repairs to maintain its history and architecture. It was necessary to do mandatory\u00a0works to preserve this historical buidling\u00a0such us small scale\u00a0demolitions, concrete structures, replacement of\u00a0the wooden window frames with double glazing of the same color as the existing ones, thermo-insulation membranes were put throughout the\u00a0roof, installation of heat-insulating tile and\u00a0replacement of the\u00a0exterior surfaces colors with cold materials and heat-insulating paints. The existing heating and cooling networks were dismantled and replaced with internal and external VRV system heat pumps. The switchboard\u00a0was replaced as well as all the\u00a0compatible lighting with new LEDs and LED ceiling lights.\u00a0<\/p>
